Prospect, KYAfter getting a surprising diagnosis of a sudden issue with my car, I called Harrod’s Creek Auto for a second opinion. They were able to determine the issue was being caused by a broken coolant hose rather than the turbo charger which the previous garage wanted to replace! Best of all-they listened to me, thoroughly examined the car and tackled the issue practically without jumping to the worst case fix which saved me more than $3000!! I am a very happy customer. My car is performing great. Highly recommend them and appreciate their service.

Prospect, KYMy Kia was stolen last month and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare with obstacles at every turn - if you have a Kia or Hyundai, take steps NOW to protect it from theft. I brought it to Harrod’s for the repairs which was mainly body work, where the window was smashed in and the transmission/wheel cover that was ripped out by the thieves, and likely more but can’t remember off the top of my head after reading the reviews online. I had not used Harrod’s prior to this experience but likely will now for other future repairs or needs and have recommended it to others. Charmagne has been ON IT and has been dealing with my insurance company, Kia, and other business for weeks to make sure my car gets the parts it needs and gets fixed. She has been transparent through the whole process and has reached out multiple times with updates. I’ve been super happy and thankful to have her help during what otherwise has been a very difficult and frustrating time for me. I can’t thank her or Harrod’s enough!
