At Harrods Creek Auto Service, quality customer service is our First Priority!

Harrods Creek Auto Service has been operating at its current location since 1994. We service import and domestic cars, SUV's, mini vans, and trucks. Owner Russell Lowen has been servicing automobiles since 1978.

In addition, we have been a member of the Better Business Bureau for 15 years
and we are AAA approved!

 

That adds up to 30 years of hands on experience and continuing education. Russell, along with his team of ASE certified mechanics, provide the following services:

New Car Maintenance:

We perform maintenance services not covered by the factory warranty. This work is performed using only factory approved parts and lubricants. Ask us for details.
 
Extended Warranty Work:

We also perform work covered by an extended warranty. This includes determining the warranty coverage, obtaining necessary approvals and processing required paperwork.
 
Environmental Guidelines:

Harrods Creek follows strict regulations in protecting the environment from freon (CFC's), antifreeze, and used motor oil.
